This Woodbridge home suffered a water damage due to the hot water heater leaking while the family was at school and work.  

Often when hot water heaters leak due to the temperatures of the water the carpet suffers from delamination.  As you can see in the photo the backing on the carpet starts to pull away making it impossible for the carpet to attach to the padding.  This can cause the carpet to ripple (look like the ocean waves in the room) which can be a safety hazard to you and your family.
