This mold was caused from a leak in the ceiling, in a spare bedroom closet that is not used daily. As you can see there was mold through-out the closet on the ceiling and the walls, even on contents that were stored in the closet.  Within 2 days we wrote a detailed estimate, delivered the estimate to the customer and re-mediated the closet.
