SERVPRO of Dale City/Lake Ridge responded to this severe mold project in the area. We immediately had an indoor environmental hygienist test and determine the proper scope of work that was needed. Once we received the recommendations from the hygienist we began working immediately. This is critical because we have to make sure that each step is carefully completed and performed according to industry standards.

Upon completing the project we communicated the completion of this phase with the property manager.  We work with several large property managers in the Dale City/Lake Ridge area, we always make sure they fully understand each step of every project. Once the project is complete our staff then provides all the documents and photos to our clients.
